When we start a psychotherapeutic process, it is normal that many fears, doubts, and uncertainty appear. It is not easy to open up to someone you don’t know and present your problems and your deepest wounds. That is why I want to remind you that this is your process and yours alone.

Imagine for a moment that you are on an island, which provides you with some security, but it is not the place you want to be in your life. Imagine that your desire is to reach the peninsula, where the storms are milder and the waters warmer. To get to the peninsula you are going to have to cross to the open sea, and that area is full of fear and uncertainty.

The psychotherapeutic process is like crossing that sea. If we continue with this simile, our role in all of this is going to be to accompany you, to help you when the bumps come and to provide you with the tools to make the path as smooth as possible, helping you gather strategies, teaching you how to navigate the currents, showing that the open water isn’t as dangerous as it feels—and helping you row when you feel you can’t.

As your psychotherapist, our role is to accompany you and guide you wherever you want to go

Individual online psychotherapy

This process is your safe place, it is the place where you are going to find what is preventing you from living the life you want and heal it. You are going to find yourself, you are going to learn to take care of yourself, to respect yourself, to love yourself and to give yourself what you need.

Together we will explore what is hurting you in your life and what you need to change. We will work on the symptoms, but also on the root of the problem. Usually, the symptom is the expression of a wound that has not been healed, and so, at your pace, we will explore and heal those wounds. To do this we will propose some strategies and exercises to do both during the sessions and in your daily life, so that we can make the most of the sessions. Our approach is integrative, and we are trained in different techniques and currents, which allows us to adapt to your needs and your particularities from the first moment and adapt the therapy to you.

Online couples therapy

If you have decided that it is time to prioritise, to stop avoiding conflict and to pay attention to what is hindering your relationship… This is a safe space where you can meet again and together find the answers to your needs.

In couples therapy sessions we begin exploring the problem or reason for your consultation and resolving all your doubts. During the process you will learn to communicate, and we will always propose some exercises and dynamics so that you can meet again, understand each other and bring all the insights to your day-to-day life.

Hi, I'm Ilena

psicóloga general sanitaria

I’m a General Health Psychologist (license AO12767), psychotherapist—and above all, a human being.

My sensitivity and curiosity have guided me since childhood into the fascinating realm of the human mind.

I understand psychotherapy as a safe space where you can reconnect with yourself and your essence;  a space to look inward with love and compassion; and a space to understand and integrate all parts of yourself—physical (body), psychological (mind), social (environment), and spiritual (soul).

I’m trained in an integrative framework, including approaches such as Trauma & Attachment (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Systemic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Therapy is a constant learning journey for me, so I keep advancing my training to tailor therapy to your singularity and needs.

I accompany you in a non-judgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself, express yourself, know yourself, understand yourself, and accept yourself.

Together, we’ll reduce your symptoms—but also go deeper to heal emotional wounds and build a more compassionate, connected relationship with yourself and others

Abigail Cabezas

I’m a General Health Psychologist, but I see beyond the title. I accompany people with awareness of their full humanity: body, mind, spirit, and context.

I see suffering not as something to avoid but as a signal worthy of kind attention. I  specialized in feminist-informed trauma work: the body remembers what words cannot express—so I include it in sessions as a key ally.

Through internal parts work and various therapeutic approaches, I honor each person’s uniqueness with a warm, non-judgmental space—where humor coexists and people gradually feel at home

I believe deep accompaniment requires living curiosity, not just basic training. That’s why I continue training beyond what’s required, specializing in infancy, adolescence, adulthood, perinatal stages, and techniques like bilateral stimulation.

I support reconnection with oneself—not just symptom relief, but going deeper toward emotional roots to return to yourself from a more secure, free, and authentic place.

Elena Cruz

I’m Elena, a licensed psychologist specializing in attachment, trauma, and EMDR, with a perspective grounded in mindfulness and emotional regulation. It’s a pleasure to greet you here!

I like to think of therapy as a space where the body can rest and the mind can stop struggling.

Throughout life, you may have experienced difficult situations, relationships that left a mark, or emotional states where anxiety, feeling stuck, or disconnection were ever-present. My work focuses on providing a calm, safe, and respectful therapeutic space, where there’s no need to rush or “know what to say.”

From an attachment-based approach, we explore how early and relational experiences influence the way you connect with yourself and others today. Through trauma-focused work and EMDR, I support you in processing what has been stored in the body and nervous system, helping what once triggered fear or distress to transform into greater stability and calm.

In the space we create—mindful and nonjudgmental—we work on the understanding that healing is not about erasing the past, but integrating it, building a kinder relationship with yourself, and feeling at home within yourself again.

If you feel you need a space to slow down and feel safe, this is a place where we can begin.

Silvia Olivares

I’m Silvia, a clinical psychologist, and it genuinely makes me happy to welcome you here. For me, therapy is a space built on closeness, trust, and refuge. My commitment is to offer you a professional and thorough approach — without the clinical coldness that sometimes gets associated with psychology. Here, the relationship is built on warmth, respect, and a very human kind of care, creating a place where you can feel free to be yourself, without judgement.

In our work together, we won’t only aim to ease the discomfort you feel today — my intention is that, little by little, we can understand where it comes from. We’ll look back to understand how your past experiences, your family relationships, and those difficult life events have shaped your current patterns. We’ll explore not just what hurts, but what keeps that pain alive: the core beliefs, the self-demands, or the coping mechanisms that once helped you survive, but that today may be limiting or holding you back.

Together, we’ll work to give new meaning to your discomfort. Rather than avoiding or fighting your emotions, we’ll work to understand their function and purpose, to recognise when they’re your allies and when they’re getting in the way — with the aim of learning to hold them with self-compassion and care.

If you feel it’s time to look inward and live with more awareness and security, I’d be delighted to walk alongside you so that being yourself becomes a true source of wellbeing.

Online Therapeutic Group

A shared space to care for your emotions, learn to regulate them, and cultivate resources that support you in your daily life.

In this group, we will work in a practical and approachable way on key aspects of emotional well-being: you will learn to listen to what you feel without judgment, to manage anxiety and stress, to set healthy boundaries, and to cultivate self-compassion.

We will also integrate mindfulness and emotional regulation tools that you can take into your everyday life—so it doesn’t remain only within the group, but truly helps you transform the way you relate to yourself and to others.

The group will be opening soon with limited spots available.

Frequently asked questions

Starting a psychotherapeutic process is not easy and sometimes it involves fear and uncertainty because we don’t know what we are going to find. Therefore, if you have doubts that you need to clarify before deciding, you can fill in the contact form specifying your doubts here and I will solve them as soon as possible 😊

And if you are still not clear, we can schedule a first phone call of about 15 minutes in which I will explain to you how I work.

  1. Fill out the contact form with your reason for seeking therapy and your availability.

  2. I’ll get in touch to schedule an informational call, where we can answer any questions you may have and see which psychologist from the team could be the best fit for you.

  3. Within 48 hours, your psychologist will reach out to schedule your first session.

Once you have been assigned the psychologist from our team who will accompany you, she will carefully explain how you will work together and her cancellation policy.

In general, you are required to give at least 24 business hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. This allows us to manage the schedule effectively and support you in the best possible way.

We know that sometimes we don’t click with everyone—and that’s completely okay. For us, the therapeutic bond is essential, and we approach it with warmth and care. If at any point you feel you don’t connect with the psychologist you started with, we’ll look together for another option: either with someone else from our team or by recommending other trusted professionals with whom you might feel more comfortable.
